CTintegrators and it's sister company Benacom Development
has been writing code for Dialogic products since 1989 and
CT development for TeleVantage since 1999.
We do modular communications and database development,
which means we can usually combine your newly coded module
with existing ones for faster time to market and a lower
project cost. Typically we follow a five-step process for
development. Step one, is a clear description from customer
on the needed requirements and an overview of their
perspective of the process. Step two, is what we call in
progress document. The Progress Document allows us to review
various aspects of the project and get a feel for how long we
think it will take. I also provide a reasonable estimate for
the customer. This is billable time and normally takes between
2 and 8 hours. The more time spent here reduces the time in
the next step. At this point the customer can evaluate his
budget and may choose to move forward, modify or discontinue
the process. Normally, certain realities set in and most
projects are modified slightly.
If the customer goes ahead we will get the details down and
produce a Reference Document. The Reference Document is step
three and outlines the actual time for each stage and provides
benchmarks to be met on both sides and better cost estimates.
In the fourth step, development begins, following the normal
Alpha, Beta process until a deliverable product is reached.
Finally, customer tests , all aspects of the product and
changes are made to its final form. If needed
documentation is written, and final code is produced. If you
are interested in having us take a look at your CT project
