TeleVantage Data Interface  TVDI uses the programming interface included with each application to provide call distribution and client lookup. TeleVantage routes calls to your agents, and as agents take calls TVDI retrieves client information from the HEAT database then generates a 'screen pop' displaying  record information on the caller in HEAT and creating new incident number.

Previously, this kind of integration has only been available in highly proprietary solutions costing $5,000-$8,000 per seat. Using TeleVantage, HEAT and TVDI, a combined solution can start as low as $3,000 per agent including the entire phone system!
